Pharmaton tablets contain a balance combination of
G115 concentrated Ginseng extract, vitamins and minerals.
To help during periods of exhaustion through stress, tiredness,
or weakness and when you experience a lack of vitality.
Pharmaton Capsules also help prevent and treat symptoms caused by
ill balanced or deficient nutrition.

Pharmaton capsules are suitable for both men and women but
not for children.

Drug Interaction Precautions :
Rarely gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea and stomach pains,
have been reported after taking Pharmaton capsules.
These are less likely to occur if the capsules are taken with food.

Before you take the Pharmaton capsules:
    * Do not take Vitamin A supplements if you are pregnant or
likely to become pregnant, or if you are breast feeding,
except on advice from a doctor or an ante-natal clinic.
    * You should make allowance for vitamins, especially
Vitamins A and D, or minerals obtained from other sources.
    * Do not give these capsules to children.

Do not take this product if:
    * You have severe problems with your kidneys
    * You have problems with excessive iron uptake into the
bloodstream or excessive levels of vitamin A or D in your body.
    * You have problems with high levels of calcium in your blood or urine.
    * You are taking products containing Vitamins A or D or Vitamin A derivatives called retinoids (e.g. to treat acne)
    * You are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Directions:
The recommended course of treatment for adults is
one or two capsules per day.
The first capsule should preferably be taken with breakfast
and the second with lunch.

Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) Vitamin A palmitate, Biotin,
Thiamine nitrate, Riboflavin Pyridoxine hydrochloride,
Cyanocobalamine, Ascorbic acid, Cholecalciferol dl-alpha
Tocopherol Acetate, Nicotinamide, Folic acid, Iron
(as dried ferrous sulphate), Calcium (as diabasic calcium
phosphate) Copper (as dried copper sulphate), Manganese
(as manganese sulphate monohydrate) Magnesium
(as dried magnesium sulphate), Zinc (as zinc sulphate
monohydrate) Selenium (as dried sodium selenite), Lecithin

Inactive ingredients:
Rape oil, Arachis (peanut) oil, Ethyl vanilla (flavouring)
Gelatin, Hard fat and triglycerides, Medium chain
The capsules shell contains Gelatin, Glycerol and Iron Oxide
red and Iron Oxide black (colourings).
