Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened or used items.  

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the form of store credit only.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of store credit only with an additional 15% restock fee.

How to Return

Products being returned to Omorfiashop.com can be sent to us using our returns process found under your order status then view order details.
Please use the return reason and return action and submit return request.

We'll provide free return shipping if your return is the result of 
our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). 
Please return products to Omorfia Shop and you 
will receive the new shipment, free of charge, within 
1 week of receipt of the returned goods. 

If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage 
fee will apply.

Once your return has been received, a store credit will be 
issued to you within 14 days.
